Refund and Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Below are the details of our return and refund policy to help guide you through the process.

If you need to return a purchase, please follow these steps:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • All returns must be in original packaging and in unused condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Before returning, please contact us for more details and include a print out with your item.

We reserve the right to decline returns if items do not meet these conditions. Refunds will be processed after successful receipt and inspection of the returned items.

To help us process your return efficiently, please provide your order number when initiating the return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on assembled items, unless they become faulty within the warranty period.

Items purchased from our outlet store or ex-display models are sold as seen, with all imperfections noted before purchase. As such, these items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. However, if a new fault develops, please contact us for assistance.

We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged due to handling issues, please reach out to us immediately. We may:

  • Arrange a repair
  • Organise a replacement
  • Offer a full refund (in some cases, we may ask you to donate the item if it can be repurposed)

To speed up the resolution process, please provide detailed images of the damage when contacting us.

For unwanted items, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Unwanted items cannot be returned to our stores/showrooms unless otherwise arranged.

  • Order cancellations: Refunds are processed immediately but may take 5-7 working days to reflect on your original payment method.
  • Returns: Once received, we will inspect the item within 5 working days. If approved, refunds are processed immediately but may take 5-7 working days to appear.

Please note: Refunds may show as being processed on the original payment date, so check your bank statement accordingly. If you have concerns, contact us for assistance.

If you need to cancel an order, act fast! If your order hasn’t been picked and packed, we can cancel it immediately.

However, if your order has already been processed or shipped:

  • We will try to recall it from the courier (if possible).
  • If already dispatched, you can refuse delivery or arrange a return at your expense.
