Standard Delivery
If you’re happy to receive your UrbanXscapes garden furniture curbside or on a flat, non-gravel driveway, our Standard Delivery is the ideal choice. Larger items will arrive via a pallet service to the nearest hardstanding surface, while smaller items will be sent through a parcel carrier. Please note that this service does not include pallet or packaging removal.
Delivery to Your Garden
Need a little extra help getting your new garden furniture into place? With this option, our delivery team will carry your items through to your garden, provided there is suitable access, such as a side gate. Assembly will be up to you. Please note that pallet and packaging removal is not included with this service.
UrbanXscape Installation Service
For a hassle-free experience, choose our Premium Installation Service. Our team will deliver your furniture directly to your garden, assemble it, and remove all packaging, leaving you with nothing to do except enjoy your new garden setup. This includes everything from the installation of Verandas and Pergolas to the assembly and fitting of Garden Furniture. Costs vary depending on products purchased.

How long will delivery take?
On each product page, you’ll find the availability and estimated delivery times based on our standard service. All timeframes are approximate and given in working days. Once your order is ready, our couriers will confirm your delivery date via text or phone call. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend waiting for confirmation before making plans to receive your order.
What happens if I'm not in?
For smaller items, you can provide instructions for the courier to leave your order in a secure spot or with a neighbour. Some couriers even provide photo confirmation so you can easily locate your package. However, please note that leaving your goods without a signature is at your own risk.
For large furniture sets, a signature is required upon delivery. These orders are pre-booked, so you’ll know exactly when to expect them. If you’re unavailable on the scheduled delivery day, a repeat delivery charge may apply.
Where will my delivery be left?
Unless you’ve opted for our two-man or Premium White Glove delivery service, our delivery partners do not enter properties or gardens. Standard deliveries are made to the front of your property. For palletised deliveries, the drop-off point is "kerbside or nearest hard-standing." If access to the front of your property is limited, the courier may leave the goods at the kerbside.
What happens to the packaging?
To ensure your items arrive safely, we may use extra packaging, including pallets for larger furniture deliveries. Our delivery partners are unable to collect packaging or pallets, so disposal is your responsibility—unless you’ve chosen our UrbanXscapes Installation team to complete the assembly service, in which case we’ll handle everything for you! Where possible, we encourage recycling.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Once your UrbanXscapes order is delivered, unpack it as soon as possible and check everything over. If you encounter any issues, you have 14 days from the delivery date to report them to us.
