STEP 2: SITE SURVEY AND DESIGN PROPOSAL
A professional will visit your property to conduct a site survey. They will take accurate measurements, assess ground levels, check wall fixings, and discuss final details like LED lighting or side screens. Following this, you'll receive a detailed design proposal, including visual mock-ups and a quotation.
STEP 3: CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER
Once you're happy with the design and quote, you'll confirm your order and pay a deposit. We will agree upon final specifications and provide an estimated timeline. Your custom veranda is then scheduled for production.
STEP 4: MANUFACTURING AND PREPARATION
Your high-quality veranda is custom-made to fit your exact space using precision-cut materials. During this period, the installation team may also carry out preparatory work on-site, such as ground levelling.
STEP 5: INSTALLATION
Installation typically takes 1-3 days, depending on the structure's size and
complexity. Our professional installers will:
• Erect the frame, followed by the roofing and additional features.
• Secure all fixings to the ground and/or wall.
• Install any electrical elements (like lighting or heaters).
• Clean the site and leave it tidy once the job is complete.
STEP 6: FINAL INSPECTION AND HANDOVER
Once installation is complete, the team will walk you through the finished veranda. We'll check all fittings, offer maintenance advice, and ensure you are 100% satisfied with the outcome.
